Early Life
Sachin was the fifth child of Ramesh Tendulkar (a professor and a novel writer) and Rajni Tendulkar (an insurance executive). He was born on 24 April 1973 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Sachin developed interest in cricket as a child. Ajit Tendulkar noticed Sachin’s talent and coached him.
